What you will do

• Lead cross-functional integration between electrical design and physical implementation teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for EDS, ensuring schedules and prerequisite materials are delivered on time.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal first article harness builds and advise on build priorities.
• Partner with supply chain, quality, and external suppliers to align on design releases and build plans.
• Guide engineering teams through risk assessments and lead engineering change control board (CCB) submissions.
• Standardize and streamline team processes to improve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex hardware development programs across electrical, mechanical, supply chain, and quality domains.
• Proven ability to maintain program control documentation including master schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
• Experience executing engineering change management processes.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

• Deep familiarity with electrical distribution systems and harness architecture.
• Experience in automotive or safety-critical industries.
• Experience with electrical verification and reliability testing.
• Project or program management certification (PMP, PgMP).
