What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of 12+ concurrent product security initiatives, maintaining roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across DevOps, Platform Engineering, Product, and CISO organizations.
• Oversee the full vendor and procurement pipeline, from POC scoping to contract execution.
• Produce executive-ready status updates, quarterly program reviews, and decision packages.
• Track recurring BAU activities against capacity to ensure balanced team workload.
• Build and maintain program tracking in Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• US citizenship required due to FedRAMP compliance.
• Demonstrated experience managing 10+ concurrent initiatives with cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and spreadsheet-based tracking.
• Deep understanding of security domains including application security, cloud security, and DevSecOps.
• Excellent written communication skills for executive-level reporting and decision packages.

Nice to have

• Experience building program operating models including intake, planning, and capacity management.
• Prior ownership of DevSecOps, CI/CD security, or identity and access management programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows for program management.
• SaaS or enterprise product security experience in compliance-sensitive environments.
