Senior Technical Program Manager, Security

Location: Remote within the United States; US citizenship required due to FedRAMP requirements.

Base salary for US-based employees: $97,900–$165,082 annually. Additional compensation may include a corporate bonus or role-specific commission and equity participation.

What you will do

• Own execution of 12+ concurrent product security initiatives across near-term, mid-term, and continuous workstreams.
• Maintain the initiative roadmap, weekly tracking cadence, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Platform Engineering, FinOps, Architecture, and the CISO organization.
• Manage security vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, procurement activities, decision packages, and contract execution.
• Track BAU security activities, team capacity, aging, throughput, and SLA adherence.
• Produce executive-ready status updates, quarterly program reviews, KPI reporting, and investment decision materials using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Remote work within the United States and US citizenship are required.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years managing security, infrastructure, or platform engineering programs.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent initiatives with cross-functional engineering dependencies.
• Experience with security or engineering tooling procurement, vendor evaluations, POCs, and contract execution.
• Knowledge of application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and identity and access management.
• Strong written communication, technical judgment, executive communication, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience building security, infrastructure, or platform program operating models and capacity-planning processes.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security, SCM migrations, cloud asset governance, or identity security programs.
• Experience coordinating architecture reviews, AI security reviews, red team operations, or security champions programs.
• SaaS or enterprise product security experience in audit- or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted or agent-orchestrated workflows for complex program management.
