Sr. Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the Bay Area or NYC)

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the full SDLC from start to finish, establishing timelines, milestones, and breaking down specifications into deliverables.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and execute comprehensive UAT plans, coordinating test cases and securing stakeholder sign-offs.
• Own the scrum process and collaborate with engineering leadership to define monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Track and report project progress to executive leadership while mitigating risks.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between product managers, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with proficiency in GitHub and a solid understanding of Generative AI products.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira for sprint management, dashboarding, and workflow automation.
• Ability to leverage intelligence dashboards such as Superset, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Must be able to work hybrid in the Bay Area (2 days per week in office) or NYC (co-working days).
