What you will do

• Lead complex bids and proposals from opportunity qualification through submission and handover.
• Coordinate Business Development, Finance, PMO, Contracts, Procurement, and Technical functions.
• Develop bid strategies, schedules, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
• Analyse customer requirements and drive the preparation of competitive, compliant proposals.
• Manage the transition from the bid phase to project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering.
• 15+ years of bid or proposal management experience required.
• Strong experience managing international tenders in the aerospace and defence sector.
• Knowledge of APMP and/or Shipley bid management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
