What you will do

• Conduct financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and complex investment analysis.
• Lead joint venture structuring, financial modeling, valuation, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate project execution across finance, legal, commercial, and technical teams.
• Support strategic partnerships and investment initiatives involving Chinese stakeholders.
• Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor project milestones to ensure the timely delivery of strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in investment management, corporate development, or JV management.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, investment analysis, and negotiation.
• Experience in defense, technology, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or eligible to work in the UAE.

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
