What you will do

• Lead pursuit teams in the preparation, assembly, and submittal of RFP responses for projects ranging from small to mega-scale.
• Collaborate with sales managers and project directors to develop proposal execution strategies, schedules, and win strategies.
• Coordinate deliverables from estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule compliance.
• Manage pursuit team expenditures and budgets while influencing the team to provide competitive cost responses.
• Facilitate risk determination and mitigation discussions for leadership approval.
• Supervise and mentor a team of solution pursuit managers, focusing on their career development and progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, project execution, or technical pursuit management.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screens.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical project execution field.
