Salary: $134,000 - $181,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead and execute end-to-end integrations with retail partners to ensure successful launches.
• Create detailed, actionable implementation plans for deployment processes.
• Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, from store teams to executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales teams to manage deployment.
• Develop a sustainable, replicable playbook based on learnings from deployment efforts.
• Optimize internal processes to lower the cost to serve while scaling solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the listed US states; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS product implementations and deployments.
• Proficiency with AI models such as Claude, Codex, or Replit.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Looker or other dashboarding tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
