What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
• Work directly with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.

• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution.
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong with existing work authorization.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and business judgment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
