Launch Manager - Execution Framework

What you will do

• Orchestrate cross-functional product launches from intake through General Availability and post-launch review.
• Apply and adapt the Launch Execution Framework, including processes, templates, governance, and best practices.
• Facilitate launch team meetings, readiness reviews, and key decision points across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and readiness gaps; coordinate mitigation plans and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
• Provide visibility into launch health, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and leadership attention areas.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent launches and improve launch processes, automation, and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Launch Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or a related cross-functional role in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.
• Strong organizational, project planning, facilitation, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, drive accountability, navigate ambiguity, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience supporting software or technology product launches across the product and go-to-market lifecycle.
• Experience using cross-functional processes, frameworks, or tools to improve operational visibility, consistency, and execution.
