Operational Innovations Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Gurgaon, India or London, United Kingdom. Regular work from a BCG office or in person with clients is expected, typically around 50% of working time.

What you will do

• Support operational improvement and digital enablement initiatives with research, analysis, documentation, and project management content.
• Develop business improvement plans, process designs, implementation plans, communication plans, and supporting analyses.
• Identify process improvements and investment opportunities, define target operating models, and outline paths to implementation.
• Support change implementation by analyzing impacts, enabling users, embedding behavioral change, and developing employee engagement campaigns.
• Track project progress, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes with project and program managers.
• Prepare senior management reporting and broader project communications.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, ideally in a business-related subject.
• Experience working in a multinational or large-scale environment.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills with the ability to communicate key insights clearly.
• Ability to organize complex project details, manage multiple deliverables, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience or openness to digital tools, Agile methodologies, continuous learning, and new approaches.
• Availability to work regularly from a BCG office or with clients in Gurgaon or London is required.
