Company

Laminar develops industrial physical AI using sensors, edge hardware, and foundation models to make manufacturing processes more autonomous, adaptive, efficient, and sustainable.

What you will do

• Translate company priorities into operating plans, budgets, and hiring decisions based on deployment economics.
• Build and launch strategic initiatives, including expert advisory offerings, new markets, and partnerships.
• Develop financial models and performance reporting to guide resource allocation.
• Partner with the founders on fundraising strategy, investor materials, and due diligence.
• Recruit initial teams and lead initiatives until permanent owners are established.

Requirements

• Experience in startup operations, consulting, finance, or investing.
• Evidence of building something and making it work.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working across technical and commercial teams.
• Willingness to take responsibility from initial idea through execution.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Somerville, Massachusetts, or San Francisco, California.
