CPS Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist (Payroll and People Services): Managing end-to-end payroll operations and supporting compensation, benefits, and performance management activities with an accent on Philippine statutory compliance, payroll validation, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on resolving complex payroll discrepancies, performing reconciliations and variance analysis, and driving process standardization and automation.

What you will do
- Manage and validate compensation, benefits, performance management, and end-to-end payroll activities.
- Perform payroll preparation, post-payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit support.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, policy compliance, statutory adherence, governance, controls, and service-level compliance.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Local People Services, payroll vendors, benefits providers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver services on time.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex payroll discrepancies, escalations, and operational risks.
- Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, documentation, knowledge transfer, and team coaching.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of payroll operations experience, including end-to-end processing, compensation and benefits administration, reconciliations, statutory compliance, employee inquiries, and year-end activities.
- Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations, preferably across APAC, Europe, or other international regions.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance, including BIR withholding tax, annualization, year-end tax processing, Form 2316, Alphalist reporting, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills, including reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation, and payroll reporting.
- Understanding of payroll governance, internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy, and confidential employee information handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
