What you will do

• Lead strategic, long-term engagements with assigned enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption of hirify.global Cloud CX.
• Deliver technology assessments and roadmaps with outcome-focused recommendations and next steps.
• Provide solution guidance and best-practice reviews to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Global Support, and Product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Act as the voice of the customer by delivering actionable product feedback and use-case insights to product management.
• Manage customer engagement plans, tracking progress, addressing risks, and driving actions to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in TAM, Customer Success, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure).
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and governance.
• Experience with enterprise customer engagement and data-driven decision making.
• Location: Must be based in the UK.
