Technical Delivery Manager (Enterprise Data)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data initiatives from inception through to production and support.
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans, managing scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish delivery governance, including quality gates, change control, and RAID management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure operational readiness for cloud data platforms.
• Manage delivery finances, resource planning, and third-party supplier performance.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Strong technical delivery experience in complex data, cloud, or platform environments.
• Proficiency in project delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and tools, specifically Azure and Databricks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external suppliers in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
