Technical Delivery Professional

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office and two days anywhere; offices in Ipswich, Birmingham, and London, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Support programme coordination and prepare reports and analyses on delivery activity.
• Manage team demand and operate the front-door process by triaging and prioritising requests.
• Facilitate quarterly planning by aligning visions, roadmaps, and backlogs across teams.
• Implement technical delivery workstreams using agile methodologies.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and issues affecting related components and teams.
• Support small- to medium-sized technical projects and ensure scope, plans, platforms, systems, and networks meet business needs.

Requirements

• End-to-end technical delivery experience with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Experience with demand planning, resource coordination, roadmap alignment, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of delivery reporting tools such as JIRA and Excel.
• Ability to create, coordinate, and report delivery documentation, risks, issues, metrics, and progress.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Ethernet, Dedicated Internet Access, BTnet, IP Connect, Wholesale Mobile Connect, or Optical services.
• Knowledge of the Converged Core, WMC, IPP, or Optical platforms.
• PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification or experience.
