TL;DR
Technical Delivery Manager (Agile Delivery/AI): Coordinating delivery across product and engineering squads, external agency partnerships, and cross-squad dependencies with an accent on risk management, delivery reporting, and agile governance. Focus on identifying blockers early, improving delivery processes and dashboards, facilitating ceremonies, and using AI tooling to automate reporting and surface risks.
Location: Hybrid working in the United Kingdom, with office attendance at the Leicestershire HQ or London, Holborn office. Fully remote working is not available.

What you will do
- Monitor delivery status across six or seven squads and maintain a live view of risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Resolve cross-squad blockers and coordinate shared timelines across technology and business functions.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and track actions through to completion.
- Maintain squad health summaries, sprint dashboards, delivery metrics, and recurring delivery reports.
- Support quarterly planning cycles and improve Jira hygiene, planning inputs, and reporting standards.
- Use AI tooling to automate status roll-ups, improve efficiency, and surface delivery risks earlier.
Requirements
- Experience in delivery, programme coordination, or PMO roles within a product and technology environment.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, planning, governance, and scaled agile approaches such as SAFe or LeSS.
- Experience coordinating technology and functional business teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and influencing ways of working through collaboration and buy-in.
- Scrum or agile certification such as PSM or SAFe.
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, delivery data, and AI tools for reporting and delivery administration.
