What you will do

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Agent Experience.
• Prototype agentic workflows with AI coding tools and create working demonstrations for engineering and stakeholders.
• Define how agents progress from advising to acting and autonomous issue resolution within customer governance controls.
• Prioritize the backlog, write product requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to move experimental and open-source capabilities into supported AI features.
• Present product strategy to customers, partners, executives, and measure adoption, agent activity, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in technical or SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI agents, LLM applications, or agentic coding tools.
• Working knowledge of APIs, the Model Context Protocol, cloud architecture, Drupal, Kubernetes, and modern web technologies.
• Ability to read code, reason about system design, and prototype alongside engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and customer empathy.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Background in cloud computing, enterprise content management, developer tooling, or digital experience platforms.
