What you will do
- Define the roadmap and lead development for Milestone and Celebration experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate in a product triad with a Product Designer and Lead Engineer to drive strategy and delivery.
- Optimize automation for employee milestones to ensure timely and personal celebrations.
- Utilize data, research, and experimentation to measure impact on engagement and participation.
- Ensure the platform works at a global scale with a focus on localization and cultural appropriateness.
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate the overall standard of product work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience shipping SaaS or B2B2C digital products.
- Proven experience working in a product triad or close partnership with Design and Engineering.
- Ability to use data and experimentation to guide product decisions and measure results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders without formal authority.
- Must be based in Toronto for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, employee engagement, or recognition platforms.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations like Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency with SQL or BI tools for exploring sentiment and engagement data.
- Interest in integrating AI to enhance product experiences.
