Instructional Designer (Medtech)

TL;DR

Instructional Designer (Medtech): Developing and updating learning assets and training materials for clinical trial software platforms with an accent on instructional design methodologies and technical content creation. Focus on building eLearning courses, reference manuals, and job aids to support medical decision-making and diagnostics.

Location: Hybrid in Budapest (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote)

What you will do

• Assess learning needs and develop technical content and resources for customer-facing training.
• Create eLearning courses, instructor-led presentations, and text-based guides and manuals.
• Develop learning assets for specific therapeutic areas including Respiratory, Imaging, eCOA, and Cardiac.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs in Product Management, Content Development, and Customer Care.
• Optimize team workflows, processes, and procedures for training development.
• Identify and communicate project risks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in L&D, education, business, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate training role applying instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Budapest to support the hybrid work model.

• Professional certifications in instructional design.
