What you will do

• Design, monitor, and improve warehouse outbound processes and systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead the implementation of WMS 2.0 across warehouses, managing testing, go-live, and stabilization phases.
• Track and analyze outbound KPIs to drive year-over-year performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training to warehouse staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, data science, and operations teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding outbound performance and system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and experience with large-scale system rollouts.
• Proven ability to use data-driven insights for process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to work onsite in Poland or the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, Polish, Czech, or Russian.
