What you will do

• Process remuneration benchmarking requests and respond to performance and reward queries from People Partners and line managers.
• Review and monitor SAP SuccessFactors workflows for employee movements, job changes, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Coordinate annual performance and remuneration review activities, tracking timelines and maintaining exception logs.
• Extract, clean, and consolidate workforce data for costing, calibration, and reward preparation.
• Maintain data governance logs, resolve discrepancies, and support standard communications and toolkits.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a corporate HR function or specialist reward environment.
• Strong numerical, analytical, data validation, and data-cleaning skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups, and basic pivot tables.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive compensation data with strict confidentiality.
• Strong process adherence, organisation, collaboration, and workflow management skills.
• A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Commerce, or Psychology, plus exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or another enterprise HRIS.
