Reward Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Onsite in hirify.global’s offices in St Julian’s, Malta

What you will do

• Review, refine, and strengthen the reward framework with HR colleagues.
• Gather and analyse compensation, remuneration, and benefits data.
• Support annual salary reviews, benchmarking surveys, job evaluations, and benefits reviews.
• Create clear reports and insights to support reward-related decisions.
• Monitor market trends and emerging reward practices.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop strategies that improve employee experience and support talent retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Reward Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in reward, compensation and benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, reporting, organisational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of job grading, salary benchmarking, and market analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Malta and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Willis Towers Watson or similar reward platforms.
• Experience supporting reward and recognition frameworks in an international organisation.
