Reward Specialist (SaaS)

TL;DR

Reward Specialist (SaaS): Support the delivery and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programmes with an accent on reward analysis, modelling, and benchmarking. Focus on translating reward data into evidence-based recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Location: Must be based in the UK. Hybrid in Antrim, Northern Ireland (weekly attendance) or Remote within the UK.

What you will do

• Analyse compensation and benefits data to support annual salary and bonus review processes.
• Develop reward modelling and scenario analysis for compensation planning and budget allocation.
• Conduct detailed market research and benchmarking of salaries and total reward packages across all operating locations.
• Maintain salary benchmarks, ranges, and the organisation’s job architecture framework.
• Evaluate employee benefits programmes through market analysis and utilisation insights.
• Produce regular reporting and dashboards to support People and business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Reward specialist role.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, reward modelling, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

• Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional reward programmes.
• Experience within a SaaS, technology, or global growth organisation.
• Experience with reward process automation and system enhancements.
• Ability to attend the Antrim office on a weekly basis.
