Salary: $151,080 - $251,800

What you will do

• Own the complete product lifecycle from AI-assisted discovery and requirements definition to prototyping and production delivery.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives, focusing on forecasting, inventory placement, and replenishment decisions.
• Synthesize customer research and behavioral data using AI tools to drive product insights.
• Define precise technical specifications, business rules, and data contracts for AI execution.
• Partner with engineering on architecture and make informed build-versus-buy decisions.
• Develop AI-assisted prototypes and review code to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or software development.
• Proven track record of using AI tools to create executable product specifications and workflows.
• Strong technical ability to read data models and evaluate API contracts or AI-generated code.
• Experience shipping working prototypes or production software.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce technology.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, V0, or Figma AI.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or TypeScript.
• Experience with demand forecasting and multi-node optimization.
