What you will do

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the embedded AI assistant across the platform.
• Conduct customer interviews and observe workflows to validate AI skills and iterate on the product roadmap.
• Build and maintain evaluation sets to establish and monitor the quality bar for all AI features.
• Design prompts, context, and retrieval strategies (RAG) based on measured evaluations rather than intuition.
• Balance the use of deterministic rule-based engines versus LLM reasoning based on the specific skill requirements.
• Translate broker workflows into detailed technical specifications for engineering, including triggers and guardrails.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 1-2 years of experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered features to real users.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Replit.
• Practical grasp of prompt engineering, RAG, and the capabilities/limitations of LLMs.
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviewing and problem validation.

Nice to have

• Experience in CRE, proptech, or vertical SaaS.
• Previous experience building AI assistants, copilots, or agentic products.
