What you will do

• Partner with G&A leaders to translate business priorities into hiring strategies.
• Lead full-cycle searches from kickoff through offer while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Advise executives and hiring managers using recruiting data, market intelligence, and sound judgment.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche and competitive markets, including passive candidate pipelines.
• Identify risks, remove obstacles, and hold stakeholders accountable throughout the hiring process.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview quality, hiring outcomes, and operational execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant support for G&A organizations.
• Experience recruiting in high-growth companies with rapidly changing hiring priorities.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through data and insight.
• Business acumen, excellent communication and organization skills, and experience managing complex searches.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with strong ownership and accountability.
