What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to GTM and AI leaders to define roles and hiring priorities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from outreach and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform decisions, optimize processes, and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with coordinators and sourcers to ensure a candidate-first interview experience.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments.
• Proven success hiring for GTM, Sales, Operations, and/or AI/ML talent.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
• Strong ability to use data and insights to influence leadership and drive decisions.
• Experience managing stakeholders at the Director level and above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
