What you will do

• Source and acquire qualified candidates for high-volume roles while meeting hiring and activation goals.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and provide timely updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Act as the primary candidate liaison and deliver personalized, high-quality candidate support.
• Partner with growth recruiters, operations leads, and cross-functional leaders to define recruiting needs and execute hiring strategies.
• Manage and improve recruiting processes as the company grows.
• Represent the brand and participate in occasional onsite growth recruiting events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates and filling high-volume roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Experience providing personalized candidate support throughout the interview process.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally for onsite recruiting events.

• Previous startup experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience or the ability and motivation to develop it.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, or Gem.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience building AI products, operating in an AI-focused environment, or experimenting with agentic coding and AI tools.
