Technical Merchandising Delivery (Analytics)

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding support, delivery, and consultancy.
• Capture client requirements for merchandising solutions and communicate them to internal teams.
• Perform solution testing to ensure all client requirements are accurately met.
• Manage post-sales implementation activities and project timelines.
• Train new and existing clients on the use of merchandising solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and assist sales teams in preparing proposals and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Essential experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
• Experience in Space Planning or Merchandising.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
