Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid – South Korea (Seongnam-si)

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
• Establish QA processes and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Assess the health of client accounts to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and data to drive informed service improvements.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and maintain transparent communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, preferably with hyperscalers or enterprise companies.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience interfacing directly with Director, VP, and C-suite executives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Seongnam-si, South Korea.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and clients at all levels.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge of HPC/AI systems and components.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Financial skills including budget planning, invoice reconciliation, and P&L understanding.
