What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements, managing scope, planning, and delivery.
• Design platform strategies and IT operating models for complex enterprise environments.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align technology investments with business goals.
• Drive portfolio-level transformation planning and value realization.
• Develop executive storylines and support large-scale business development pursuits.
• Mentor and coach teams to build internal capability.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in consulting or leadership within enterprise tech transformation.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design.
• Strong AI literacy, including generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
• Proven executive presence and ability to drive decisions among senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams under ambiguity and political complexity.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and pragmatic delivery orientation.
