What you will do

• Lead critical senior and executive searches end-to-end, acting as a strategic partner to founders.
• Advise hiring managers on role definitions, expectations, and search strategies.
• Build deep pipelines for AI, engineering, research, and business talent through creative sourcing.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and data to optimize funnel health and report progress.
• Integrate AI assistants and automation tools to optimize recruiting workflows and tooling.
• Elevate recruiting practices by improving processes and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including senior and hard-to-fill roles.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, infrastructure, or research environments.
• Proven track record of closing exceptional senior talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to conduct GTM, marketing, or business searches alongside technical focus.
• Hands-on fluency with AI assistants and modern AI-native recruiting stacks.
• Must be based in the USA
