Salary: $165,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools to attract technical talent at scale.
• Apply AI across outreach, talent-pool mapping, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Manage the candidate experience with timely communication, feedback, and updates.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Negotiate offers, close candidates, and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring decisions.
• Monitor emerging AI recruiting tools and technical recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated success placing highly qualified technical talent.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
• Fluency with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
