Senior Technical Recruiter (AI/ML)

Location: Remote - US Only; synchronous hours: 11a-5p ET (8a-2p PT). Candidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $155,249–$176,055 total cash, including base salary and target bonus. Candidates in certain high-cost cities may be eligible for a geographic premium.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through signed offer, primarily for engineering, data science, and AI/ML roles.
• Recruit across sales, client success, clinical, and other functions as business needs change.
• Map talent markets, build target lists, run proactive outbound sourcing, and develop talent-community and recruiting-brand initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, pipeline reviews, calibration, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Manage candidate progression, scheduling, communication, time to fill, and offer acceptance.
• Own ATS operations, recruiting workflows, structured interviews, scorecards, interviewer training, and funnel analytics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting across engineering, ML/AI, and data roles from entry-level through staff.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
• Demonstrated success filling technical roles through proactive outbound sourcing and market mapping.
• Experience designing recruiting operations, workflows, structured interviews, scorecards, and competency-based rubrics.
• Experience screening for fraudulent or misrepresented candidates by verifying identity and work history.
• Working knowledge of a modern ATS, including automation, reporting, and pipeline hygiene; Ashby experience is preferred.
