Senior Technical Recruiter (AI Infrastructure)

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year

hirify.global is building a multi-silicon neocloud for fast, efficient AI inference by combining large-scale compute infrastructure with an execution platform that maps AI workloads to suitable hardware.

What you will do

• Build teams across data center operations, critical facilities, site sourcing, capacity delivery, infrastructure engineering, and technical operations.
• Partner with infrastructure and operations leadership on technical requirements, hiring priorities, candidate evaluation, and market dynamics.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across data center operators, hyperscalers, infrastructure teams, and related companies.
• Own specialized leadership and operational searches from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop recruiting strategies for regional labor markets around current and future data center sites.
• Improve sourcing strategies, hiring workflows, and candidate experience as the infrastructure footprint expands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a record of hiring technical, infrastructure, or operations talent in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for data center operations, critical facilities, infrastructure engineering, construction, site development, capacity delivery, or related disciplines.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying, engaging, and closing specialized professionals and operational talent.
• Understanding of the data center ecosystem and the companies, teams, and technical backgrounds involved in large-scale infrastructure development.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and ability to manage multiple searches across functions, seniority levels, and geographic markets.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at hyperscalers, neocloud providers, colocation companies, or large-scale data center operators.
• Experience hiring data center technicians, critical facilities engineers, site sourcing professionals, construction managers, or infrastructure operations leaders.
• Established relationships in data center, power, construction, or infrastructure development communities.
• Experience scaling teams across multiple data center locations or supporting rapid infrastructure expansion at a high-growth company.
