Location: Hybrid role based in the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week when not travelling, with frequent travel across Europe.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end build-up of stores, kiosks, shop-in-shops, and partner locations across Europe.
• Lead general contractors and subcontractors from tendering through fit-out, handover, and snagging.
• Own location budgets and timelines, compare market prices, source materials, and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Make colour, material, and finish decisions within the studio’s design concept.
• Coordinate shopping mall and landlord requirements, including fire safety, structural, legal, technical compliance, permits, and approvals.
• Develop contractor and supplier networks and a repeatable build-up playbook for future openings.

Requirements

• Background in architecture or interior architecture with strong project management experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering retail fit-outs, preferably in shopping malls.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, construction timelines, and multiple parallel projects.
• Strong aesthetic judgement and attention to materials, finishes, and detail.
• Fluent Polish at C1 level for daily cooperation in the Warsaw office and with installation and renovation crews.
• Fluent English at C1 level and willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with kiosk or shop-in-shop formats in premium shopping centres.
• Knowledge of German, Danish, Dutch, or French markets and permitting environments.
• Experience building supplier networks across multiple countries.
• Furniture, joinery, or millwork experience.
