What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure milestones are met on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Implement and monitor project controls to identify and communicate issues, scope changes, and contingencies.
• Coordinate with the Project Board and other key stakeholders to ensure quality project deliverables.
• Lead the project team by assigning tasks, balancing priorities, and motivating members.
• Produce essential project management documentation, including plans, logs, and schedules.
• Prepare and present high-quality technical reports and presentations for various audiences.

Requirements

• Master's degree and 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar project management position.
• Must possess at least 4 certifications: 2 in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001) and 2 in Project/IT Service Management (PM² Advanced, Prince2 Practitioner).
• English: B2 level minimum required.
• Deep knowledge of Zero-trust Security Architectures, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO27001, NIST).
• Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects for EU classified environments.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
