Senior Project Manager (Renewables)

Location: Must be based in Italy or Poland (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Salary: 170,000–230,000 PLN gross (for Poland)

What you will do

• Lead and execute technical due diligence (TDD) for solar PV, BESS, and onshore wind projects, including site assessments and design evaluations.
• Produce comprehensive TDD reports by integrating inputs from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress against specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage internal resources and sub-consultants to ensure deliverables remain on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary client interface and support regional business development initiatives.
• Support the development of new team procedures and processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in renewable energies, including due diligence and M&A transactions.
• Deep expertise in Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Local market expertise in Italy or Poland and knowledge of regional renewable dynamics.
• Strong understanding of battery technologies, revenue mechanisms, and related equipment (PCS, BMS).
• Master's degree in Renewable Energy or a relevant engineering field.
• Proficiency in English and/or Italian/Polish.
