Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar staffing or coordination role.
• Experience in a LHCSA environment.
• Proficiency with HHA Exchange software.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and phone literacy.
• Ability to work on-site in Albany, NY on a daily basis.
