Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the development of Thyme Box, a proprietary care management platform used by over 600 care team members.
• Independently plan, build, and deliver multiple product features from initial concept through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Product and oncology leaders to solve evolving business problems with elegant technical solutions.
• Develop systems to efficiently surface ancillary benefit programs and triage patient touchpoints.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to keep the care team updated on patient status.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative culture of learning and technical growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and supporting production software.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and Postgres.
• Experience building single-page applications using stacks similar to Vue.js/TypeScript.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of features from design to production.
• Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Experience with US-based healthcare systems or working within US legal employment frameworks (EEO)

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tooling to improve developer productivity and code quality.
• Prior experience working in healthcare or health tech.
