Salary: $194,400 - $216,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and operate production systems for core services that power family care discovery.
• Work within the DemandGen Team to enhance public digital experiences and growth channels.
• Design relational data models and manage databases at scale.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with design, product, data, and care operations teams.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a healthy, inclusive engineering culture.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with a track record of operating production systems.
• Proficiency in Python or transferable backend experience.
• Experience with AWS and service-oriented architectures.
• Expertise in API design, distributed systems, and backend performance considerations.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Must be eligible to work in the US

• Experience using AI tooling to assist with productivity in coding and deployment.
