Solutions Consultant (AI/SaaS): Bridging the gap between an AI-powered regulatory platform and enterprise customers through technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution with an accent on translating complex technical requirements into business value. Focus on orchestrating the technical pre-sales cycle for life sciences and consumer product companies across APAC, EU, and North America.

What you will do
- Lead pre-sales technical engagements, including discovery calls and solution design workshops with prospects across APAC, EU, and North America.
- Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations that map platform capabilities to specific regulatory workflows and pain points.
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept (PoC) execution, from scoping and configuration to defining success criteria and business value.
- Act as a technical interpreter between engineering and customer stakeholders, including IT, procurement, and regulatory teams.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and develop reusable solution assets such as demo scripts and integration guides.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to route customer feedback and edge-case requirements into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise pre-sales cycles from initial discovery to signed contract.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences (from scientists to CFOs).
- Familiarity with enterprise technology: APIs, SSO/SAML, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and data privacy standards (GDPR, PDPA).
- Location: Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Background in Regulatory Affairs, Food Science, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.
- Experience with CRM and pre-sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or Consensus.
- Exposure to AI/ML product features and the ability to explain them in plain language.
- Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
