What you will do

• Lead and manage Revit MEP models with a primary focus on HVAC piping and HVAC-R systems for complex projects.
• Develop and coordinate detailed Revit HVAC pipework models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Define and enforce BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and Level of Development (LOD) strategies.
• Drive design-to-fabrication workflows, integrating models with CNC machines and robotic welding systems.
• Manage coordination workflows and lead clash detection processes using Revit, Navisworks, and point cloud data.
• Mentor and guide MEP Draftspersons and BIM Technicians in Revit modeling best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Revit MEP experience, specializing in HVAC piping and HVAC-R systems.
• Minimum 2+ years of dedicated HVAC piping drafting and modeling using Revit.
• Proven experience managing Revit models at scale for complex industrial, mechanical, or refrigeration projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Pipe and fabrication-ready deliverables.
• Deep understanding of MEP construction and HVAC piping fabrication workflows.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale ammonia refrigeration systems or industrial cold storage.
• Background in data centers or food processing facilities.
• Experience working with American or European firms with in-house fabrication capabilities.
• Familiarity with automation tools and fabrication data ecosystems.
