What you will do

• Lead setup and management of Revit BIM models with coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and other disciplines.
• Create and manage content for fully coordinated, clash-free 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Maintain consistency in design documentation per industry and internal standards.
• Collaborate with telecom leads and architects to model complex wiring, cabling, and circuit connections.
• Estimate design hours based on markups and verbal direction to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Revit BIM design experience.
• At least 4 years in telecommunications systems design and construction industry.
• High proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and Bluebeam for design markups.
• Deep understanding of wiring/cabling connections, circuit links, and TIA codes/standards.

Nice to have

• 6+ years with Revit MEP.
• Experience in semiconductor or advanced facility environments.
• Familiarity with Paging, Intercom, Audio-Visual, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control systems.
• Knowledge of network topology and control system components.
