Senior Designer - Fire Engineer

What you will do

• Design fire fighting systems including sprinklers, foam, and gaseous suppression systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
• Develop fire alarm, detection, and emergency communication system designs.
• Create 3D building models and fire protection facility libraries using Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to proactively resolve design clashes.
• Prepare design documentation in accordance with Korea fire codes and NFPA standards.
• Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs to enhance construction drawing quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in fire protection design.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for 3D modeling.
• Strong understanding of fire protection codes and standards.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

• Firefighting Equipment Technician Certification (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Experience working on overseas or international engineering projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
