What you will do

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline leads.
• Create and manage content for fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines.
• Produce 2D construction drawings based on design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure clash-free deliverables.
• Estimate design and modeling hours based on mark-ups and project requirements.
• Ensure all work adheres to established client and internal BIM standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 3 years of Electrical Revit design experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems design and the construction industry.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Understanding of data center environments.
• Knowledge and design experience with power, cable routing, and lighting systems.
• Experience with one-line diagrams.
