What you will do

• Create and maintain complex 3D models for mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain project-specific documentation and standards.
• Perform model setup, routine maintenance, and generate health reports to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
• Develop basic Revit families and simple automation scripts using Dynamo.
• Collaborate with architects and clients to coordinate requirements and project scope.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Associate degree in BIM/CAD with 3 years of experience, or 5 years of professional BIM experience in MEP fields.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit and intermediate proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Basic proficiency with Dynamo and Imaginit Clarity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to communicate clearly in English.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency with Navisworks.
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and Recap.
