Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead BIM execution by ensuring models and drawing sets are coordinated, constructible, and aligned with standards, reducing rework and RFIs.
• Translate design intent and engineer markups into clear, buildable documentation while anticipating and resolving coordination issues.
• Maintain model health, run clash detection, and make modeling decisions to keep projects on track under deadlines.
• Mentor Designers through coaching on Revit best practices, documentation, and standards to build team production capability.
• Contribute to BIM workflows by refining tools, templates, libraries, and submitting Pull Requests in GitHub.
• Support cross-discipline coordination, site walks, and firmwide delivery as needed.

Requirements

• Located in and eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent BIM experience.
• 4+ years in AEC industry with advanced Revit proficiency, coordinated modeling, BIM execution, and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workflows across multiple projects and support engineers independently.
• Understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building systems; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Ability to perform occasional site walks, including physical demands like standing, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology system layouts (telecom/ICT, audiovisual, security, acoustics, network).
• Industry certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD (Telecom), PSP/CPP (Security).
