What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for onboarding and activation experiences.
• Design intuitive workflows to improve user adoption and accelerate customer value realization.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify and prioritize platform improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional GTM launches and optimize outcomes based on continuous feedback.
• Mentor product managers and enhance strategic thinking and customer-centric practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning products through the full lifecycle.
• Proven experience scaling products in SaaS, fintech, wealthtech, or complex B2B environments.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, financial services, or advisor-focused workflows.
• Expertise in onboarding, activation, and customer adoption optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decisions via customer research and business insights.
• Must be based in Canada.
