What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with company objectives.
• Develop seamless customer journeys that integrate digital capabilities with human-assisted services.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to increase product velocity and enhance customer experience.
• Create business cases and evaluate financial impacts to prioritize investments across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management leading mission-critical products.
• Minimum 2+ years leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or above.
• Deep experience in SaaS product management, ideally within financial or business services.
• Proven ability to manage product strategy and prioritize investments in a matrixed environment.
• Strong people leadership skills and experience developing talent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
